EDGE Learning offers various security roles to suit your business & departmental needs. This page walks you through the Registrar Role and Instructor Role. The Registrar Role gives training coordinators the ability to assign trainings to individuals who are not their direct reports. With the Registrar Role, you can assign trainings to faculty, staff, student employees, and Designated Campus Colleagues (DCCs). 

There is a brief 30 minute training that is required to gain access to this role. Once you have completed the training, you will need to submit a provisioning request for the Registrar Role. Select the Request Access button below for provisioning instructions.  

The Instructor Role allows individuals to be listed as Instructors and Co-Instructors for courses. This role grants the ability to view your classes, create rosters, add/drop learners, & mark attendance.
