If you are a benefits-eligible faculty or staff member, you have access to thousands of courses through the LinkedIn Learning catalog. With so many courses, it can be difficult to know where to begin. The EDGE Learning team received feedback from faculty and staff asking for an easier way to access professional development recommendations rather than browsing through 18,000 options. As a result, we have developed the Invest in Your Development section on your EDGE Learning homepage.
The Invest in Your Development section is designed to make engaging in professional development simpler and more impactful. These recommendations have been curated and informed by stakeholders of these roles, subject matter experts, and Human Resources professionals based on campus feedback as well as top trending skills UArizona employees want and need.
You will find the Invest in Your Development section at the top of your EDGE Learning homepage. There are four main categories: Professional Development for All, For Supervisors, For Faculty, and For Researchers. Within the categories are links to LinkedIn Learning courses, UArizona created content, and UArizona resources.
