Supervisor Notifications on Overdue Training

As of Feb. 1, supervisors will be copied on EDGE Learning email notifications sent to their direct reports about overdue training. The first notifications were sent this morning.

The EDGE Learning team implemented this practice in response to feedback from supervisors who said they wanted to be made aware when their direct reports were overdue on required trainings. These notifications are in addition to the information you can access in your EDGE Learning "My Team" dashboard.

The notification emails will be addressed to your direct report. The email subject line will include the training for which they are overdue.
